1. About these terms
This website, velvoon.com, is operated by Velvoon (“Velvoon”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Amber Complex, Near DCB Bank, Barmer, Rajasthan – 344001, India. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Products, sizes and colours
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in fabric and print are part of the product.
- Our oversized and relaxed fits are intentional. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Shipping within India is free. The final amount payable is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices and offers may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment fails, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud or resale; any amount paid will be refunded in full.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express and others), net banking, popular wallets and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give accurate name, address and contact details so we can deliver your order.
9. Reviews and content you share
Reviews, photos and comments you submit must be genuine and lawful. By submitting them, you allow us to display them on our website and social channels. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to the product.
10. Intellectual property
The Velvoon name, logo, designs, product photos and all website content belong to Velvoon and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or placing fraudulent orders.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Barmer, Rajasthan, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer:
