Free shipping on every order
Velvoon ships free on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery charge.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver only within India, to all serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time. If your pin code is not serviceable, checkout will let you know before you pay.
Order processing
- Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner usually within 1–2 business days of confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed with you by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas, the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir can take a little longer. Weather, strikes, festivals and other events outside our control can occasionally cause delays.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we send the tracking link by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track it from the order confirmation email or your account.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partners may also accept UPI at the doorstep where available.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
- Please double-check your address, pin code and phone number at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
- Our courier will try to deliver up to 3 times. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to re-ship or cancel the order.
- Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
Damaged or tampered packages
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.
